How does automatic photo syncing work?
When you create or join an event, Moment Capture Pro uses your location to automatically detect photos taken at the event. Photos taken within the event's location and time window are synced to the shared album so everyone can see them.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required! Simply enter your name when you first open the app and you're ready to start creating or joining events.
How long are my photos stored?
Free accounts store photos for 14 days. To keep your photos forever, you can subscribe to one of our storage plans: Photos Forever, Videos Forever, or the Complete Bundle.
How do I join an event?
Tap "Join Event" on the home screen and enter the event code shared by the event creator. You'll instantly have access to the shared photo album.
Can I download photos to my camera roll?
Yes! Tap on any photo in an event gallery and use the download button to save it directly to your device's camera roll.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store. On iOS, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. On Android, go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.
Why isn't my location being detected?
Make sure you've granted location permissions to Moment Capture Pro. Go to your device's Settings > Privacy > Location Services and ensure the app has permission to access your location.
